Saddleback is committed to providing accessible housing options to its employees. To meet the needs of staffing at the mountain and in the greater Rangeley region, we have designed the Saddleback House, a new on-property development of affordable ski-in/ski-out rental housing for Saddleback’s workforce. This will be Maine's first ski-in/ski-out employee housing project. Located a short distance from the South Branch Quad and Smelt Streamer trail, Saddleback House enable employees to begin and end their days on their skis or board, not in a car. Designed with shared living, kitchen, dining, and dedicated ski locker space for personal storage, the Saddleback House will provide a great housing option.
